Aleksandr was born on May 26, 1949 in Komarovo Village of Kaluga Oblast.
From 1972 till 1973 – he was a teacher of military-patriotic education in Belousovsky school ¹2.
From 1973 till 1974 – Aleksandr was the assistant secretary of Ugodsko-Zavodsky District Committee AULYCL.
From 1974 till 1993 – he served in the State Security Bodies.
From 1993 till 1998 – he was the assistant of the governor of Kaluga Oblast.
From 1998 till 1999 – Aleksandr was the assistant of the executive director of JSC “Kaluzhsky dvigatel”.
From 1999 till today – he is the vice-president of OJSC “Kalugaglavsnab”.
