Quality System

OJSC "Kalugaglavsnab" takes an active part in a voluntary certification.

In 2011 the company developed and certificated the quality management system. Its creation is a strategic solution of the top management, which leads to a high level quality of services and works.

The successful functioning of the quality management system is affirmed by the certificate of conformity reg. ¹ ROSS RU.IS18.Ê00035, which shows that the quality management system with reference to a wholesale and retail trade satisfies the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008). Since 2008 the International Centre of Investment Consulting includes JSC "Kalugaglavsnab" in the Federal Register of Bona Fide suppliers, also in 2012 under ¹2342 from 9th of February, 2012 and gives the right to use "Bona Fide supplier" conformance mark.

The International Centre of Investment Consulting includes JSC "Kalugaglavsnab" in the Federal Register of effective budget customers, under ¹3 from 30th of September, 2011 and gives the right to use "Effective Budget Customers" conformance mark.

OJSC “Kalugaglavsnab” was given “The ISO certificate” by the Board of Independent Conglomerate for an active social politics, substantial contribution to the Russian economic development and formation of the universal positive appearance of the country.
Parazyan A.O. was awarded by a special symbol of All-Russia public recognition “Opora Rossii”.
On the 5th of July, 2012 the awaring was carried out on the formal reception under Long-time All-Russia Event “Healthy children is a strong Russia”

The certificates of KGS is a quality assurance of the services; it testifies a high competitiveness of the company, gives the reasoned right to take parts in tenders, government works, federal programs and projects as a reliable and effective executer, gives a possibility to work successfully with big companies and monopolies of Russia.

The quality management system of OJCS "Kalugaglavsnab" is directed to a goal achievement, defined by the Policy in the sphere of quality which is officially formed and has the tasks and obligations of the leaders in the sphere of quality.

The leaders of the company defined the real Policy and took responsibility to realize and improve it, to provide and distribute material, financial and other resources which are necessary for a high level of the company and completing the works on the base of a stable trust of customers and their confirmation of the company as a reliable and conscientious partner.
The main strategic goals of Kalugaglavsnab in the sphere of quality are:
